The Spiral Axis – Festival Stone is defined by motion and contrast. Its design centers around a finely executed spiral base, radiating outward in rhythmic bands of color—an unmistakable marker of technical one-thread weaving.
The body features elongated geometric columns in vibrant coral red, deep violet, turquoise blue, and soft green, set against a stone-toned ground. Each column is tightly controlled, requiring precise tension and pattern memory to maintain alignment throughout the weave. The result is bold but balanced—energetic without chaos.
The circular base is especially intricate, composed of multiple color changes and stepped transitions that demand advanced skill and time. Finished with a handwoven strap, drawstring closure, and full tassels that echo the palette of the body.
